Two Doors Bar-B-Que Holds Grand Opening
Two Doors Bar-B-Que recently held their Grand Opening and ribbon cutting festivities and it’s great to have such nice people in our community.
Owners Charles and Jerri Miller have done a wonderful job and serve some of the best BBQ available. Their menu includes brisket, chicken, ribs, pulled pork, sausage and boudain. I have tried most of it and it is GREAT!! You also need to try their unusual Fire-in-the-Hole which is a jalapeno, stuffed with boudain, wrapped in sausage and smoked to perfection. It will wake up your taste buds – that is for sure!
I had visited with Miller last month and he said that the Two Doors Bar-B-Que idea was actually created one evening at the deer lease as he was serving food to some of his hunting friends. They asked him why he didn’t open a BBQ restaurant and the rest is history.
Miller likes to go by the Indian name of ‘Two Doors’, and he laughs when he talks about the many hours he has spent trying to perfect all of his many recipes. Opening the Two Doors Bar-B-Que is a dream come true for Miller.
If you are looking for a great meal drop by the Two Doors Bar-B-Que located on the corner of Highway 87 South and FM 2928 in the Six Mile community. It’s a family owned business and the food is great. You can even place orders ahead of time at 409/579-4305.
